How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Priority is 2–3 days and Express is 1–2 days. All orders are handmade and may require 2–5 business days of preparation time before shipping, so please factor that in when placing time-sensitive orders.
Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely — custom orders are one of our favorite things to do! Use the Contact form or reach out directly. Custom orders generally require 2–3 weeks lead time. The more detail you give us about colors, sizes, themes, and intended recipient, the better we can bring your vision to life.
Can I pick up my order?

Yes! We offer studio pickup in Hunt Valley, MD by appointment, and we also hold orders for pickup at upcoming markets and events. Select your preferred pickup method at checkout and we'll coordinate the details with you via email.
What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll make it right — either with a replacement, a repair, or a refund depending on the situation. We package everything carefully but occasionally things happen in transit.
Are the items safe for children?

Many of our items contain small parts, wire, beads, or fragile elements and are intended as decorative pieces for adults or older children. Individual listings will note if something is suitable for younger children. When in doubt, please ask before ordering.
Do you do wholesale or consignment?

Can I return or exchange an item?

Please review our full Policies page for details. Generally, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable. Exchanges are handled case by case.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and would like to inquire about a specific item, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.
